fladet flame detector 3D animation

Watch a fladet detector react in 3D. Move the source, choose a fire, sunlight, welding arc, hot body or halogen lamp, and see which detectors alarm and why.

Simulation for demonstration; alarm delays are indicative. Ranges and sensor behaviour follow the manufacturer data for a 1 sq ft n-heptane fire.
